A combine team of mobile and regular policemen yesterday in Abuja fired shots tear gas to disperse hundreds of protesters calling for immediate removal of the Rivers State Commissioner of Police Joseph Mbu over alleged bias in the political crisis rocking the state.
The protesters under the auspices of the Anti Corruption Network (ACN) led by its Executive Secretary and former House of Representatives member Dino Melaye had began their protest early yesterday from the Central Business District.
